Returns & Refunds At Shovid Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Right to Cancel & Return Period Under UK regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

3. Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at [admin@shovid.store]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address, as our fulfillment locations may vary depending on the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
