1. Processing & Handling Time Orders are typically processed, verified, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Times Because we source our products directly from our international manufacturing partners and warehouses in Asia to bring you the best prices and high quality, standard shipping delivery time takes approximately 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that unforeseen customs clearance delays, peak holiday seasons, or local postal disruptions may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.

3. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes Shovid Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
